Grappling in Judo

Judo is an Olympic sport that includes all aspects of grappling, called ne waza.

It is an excellent way to improve balance and coordination, and improve cardiovascular conditioning.

It is highly useful for wrestlers and several of Midwest students have used their judo grappling techniques to great success in wrestling tournaments.

Congratulations George!  And a job well done to all the students who competed over the past year in judo and NAGA tournaments!
